| Now, it's taking up to 17 months after the log-in date to receive babies from China. Our log-in date is August 15--last August. It looks like it won't be at least until this spring. And silly me organized and hung up all these used clothes that my nieces wore. I guess that would make sense, though, if my intuition was right and she was born or received into the orphanage this past March. A baby is usually around one years old when parents receive a healthy Chinese baby. | | |
| I FINALLY loaded all the photos: Jeep we rented:
First place we stayed, up in the mountains:
At our second hotel, seaside:

Dinner at a cliffside restaurant:
Hiking in the mountains and rainforest:

I take a break in a mountain spring to cool off:

What's a trip w/out climbing old towers?

Boat trip out to go snorkeling. Yay...my favorite part!

And, of course we visited the beach: | | |
| During the fourth weekend of March, I had an ESP-like experience of feeling a strong emotional connection with our future daughter from China. I wonder if she was born then or was being dropped off by her mother near the orphanage or being found by orphanage workers. Or was I just plain emotional? | | |
